What do we do?


Our filleters are true professionals! They may have previously worked in a production environment in the food industry, where they gained experience in professional knife handling, such as in slaughterhouses or in a fish processing environment.

If new colleagues do not yet have such experience, but are eager to master this skill of using artisan knives, they will be trained and supervised in their learning during the familiarization period.

Filleting work involves precise and fast cutting. The work is done standing up in a refrigerated environment, so our workers are energetic, physically fit and have stamina.



Our packers work at various positions on the production floor, where strictly organized logistics routes have been set. After the fillets are cut and come off the filleting lines, they are sorted, weighed and then packed by our packers according to our customers' requirements.

The packages are placed in outer cartons and stacked on pallets, making them ready for shipping. From the production floor, the pallets with the cartons go straight into a refrigerated truck to be on their way to their destination somewhere in Europe.



Our managers have previously worked in a production environment in the food sector. They often started their careers on the shop floor and have experience in professional knife handling, such as in a butchery or fish processing environment.

We are constantly looking for good Production Leaders. Candidates with managerial experience in a food production environment, knowledge of HACCP and the ability to supervise and motivate a team can expect a warm welcome.
